Product return

We carefully select each and every of our products and always make sure of their premium quality before delivering them to our customers.

However, occasionally you may want to return an item and in such case you can do that within 30 working days!*

We will make a refund to your bank account within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the original order back to us.

Moreover, if you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may exchange them into other goods available for sale in our online shop Dirbk Stilingai.

 

To be able to return or exchang the goods they must comply with the following conditions:

  • the goods must not be worn or used other way; they should be undamaged and in the same state in which they were sold;
  • the returned goods need to be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition;
  • the goods should have all original labels and tags;
  • to return or exchange the goods they must be delivered to the address: Ramygalos g. 149G, Panevėžys, LT-36255. The goods may be sent back to us via registered post or courier.
  • Together with the returned goods you must present proof of purchase (VAT invoice) in the online shop www.tootastiilselt.ee
  • After the receipt of your request to return or exchange goods the Administrator of the online shop shall inform you if the goods comply with the return/exchange criteria within 30 days. If the goods comply with the return/exchange criteria, the Administrator shall exchange the goods or make a refund.
  • In case of goods exchange, the Administrator shall exchange the goods into any other goods the value of which do not exceed the value of the goods being exchanged. In case of price difference, it shall be covered by the customer. The price difference shall be paid by a bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Administrator. The customer may exchange the goods which are currently available for sale in the online shop www.tootastiilselt.ee

 

The goods will be exchanged or returned at the Customer‘s expense.
